He is really nice! He will be coming back Thursday ! I look forward to seeing him then! Your office staff Heather was excellent and so nice! When work is completed I will try to send photos! He eased my mind a lot! Can not wait till job is finished! Thank you for everything! Sent some photos of completed work! It took longer than I thought it would but I am so glad it is done! Mike did a great job even when he came back to fix a few things! The floor guys Carlos and his team were awesome! They all worked hard even when I was stressing out they were very kind! Your office staff were so great! I have a new appreciation for plumbers and the work they do! Yes it was expensive but great work! You all were very honest with me and did not hide anything like I felt the other company did! No names of the company will be mentioned ! I pray that they were honest with me and were just backed up! Mike England was thorough and knowledgeable. I was educated on what needed to be done and shown why. I will ask for Mike every time that I call Benjamin Franklin for service. Since buying my home, I have used this company twice and both times were reasonably priced with a fantastic outcome.

Adam was extremely professional. He did an amazing job installing my water heater! He was on time, very thorough, and he cleaned up everything when he was done. He answered all of my questions and explained all the ins and outs of my new tank. I will recommend him to everyone I know! Trust me, he's the guy for the job! I would give him more than 5 stars if I could â¨ď¸

Mike came out and accessed our situation promptly. He is very knowledgeable and understands the importance of clear communication . I found him very articulate. He immediately came up with a plan and was able to have it executed in a timely manner while making proper adjustments as needed. He has never left our side and ensured we were educated from start to finish on the process while seeing the job through. We are extremely happy with the outcome as a result of his actions taken. Jordan Sellers was also very knowledgeable and helpful as part of Mikes team . He explained all the steps he took. What a wonderful experience! Incredible service! My Mom had a water main pipe break in her front yard and David and Rodney were amazing! She and I had so many questions during the excavation and repair of the pipe and they always stopped and took the time to patiently answer our questions. They also took the time to show us the broken pipe and all the roots inside that caused the clog and the procedure to repair it. We are so impressed with the service with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! Tony was incredible, too! He was the service person that diagnosed the issue and my Mom said he was so kind and patient! I would give 6 stars if I could! This is service EXCELLENCE at its best!

Cody was prompt, professional and friendly. He knew exactly what needed to be done to clear my tub and sink drains. He also assessed my hot water heater and suggested a replacement- expensive, but necessary. Before leaving, he made a follow up appointment for two days later for the additional work to be completed. Here at my house no longer than an hour. I would highly recommend his high quality service.

My water heater went out the night before and was leaking water all over the garage floor. Called Benjamin Franklin the next morning at 8:00am. A nice lady took my information and stated they will call when on the way and they would be at my house today. Adam arrived at my house around 10:30am and gave me an estimate for a new water heater. The price was reasonable, Adam was able to install the new water heater the same day and completed the work by 1:30pm. Adam was great, very friendly and did a good job answering my questions.
